Dr. Amy is incredibly gentle and patient with Dexter. Dexter is a 78 pound mixed breed who is very sweet but extremely anxious at the doctors. Dr. Amy and the staff at Pt. Pleasant Veterinary Hospital go above and beyond to make our visit go as smooth as possible and not make it an unpleasant experience for my dog or myself. Besides having the best personal care Dr. Amy is also very knowledgeable about current diagnostics, treatments, and medications. She always calls promptly with lab results and gets a follow up on his improvement.
